The Series: The Golden Knights have had little trouble with the Raptors since the team joined the Liberty League in 2011, going 20-0 all-time with 19 straight sweeps. Bard has also only topped 20 points in a set once against Clarkson. Union's last win against Clarkson came in 2016, though last year's match went to four sets. The Knights are 12-4 all-time against Buffalo State, but the two teams have not met since 2017.

Key Stats for Clarkson (10-10, 2-3 Liberty League): The Golden Knights will be celebrating their three senior members on Saturday prior to the match against Buffalo State, as Ashley Currier, Haley Currier, and Marin Hangliter play their final regular-season matches at Alumni Gymnasium. That trio has played well defensively over the years and helps lead the Knights to a Liberty League best 17.07 digs per set. It's a strong tradition for Clarkson, as the Knights have led the conference in digs every year but once since 2016. That lone year (2019), Clarkson was off the pace by .01 digs per set.

Key Stats for Bard (3-18, 0-4 Liberty League): The Raptors have dropped 13 straight and appear to have a little trouble passing as the team has just a .821 serve reception percentage which sees opponents average 3.29 aces per set. Ella Small is averaging 3.37 digs per set while Annika Flittie (1.84 kills per set) and Nyla Lawrence (1.73 kills per set) are the top two offensive options for the Raptors.

Key Stats for Union (14-8, 3-1 Liberty League): Shannon McGrath, a three-time Liberty League All-Star and First-Team selection last year, is averaging 4.34 kills per set, more than a kill higher per game than she had a year ago. More impressively, she has been particularly efficient, hitting .267 while also adding a .939 serve receive and 2.87 digs per set. Georgia Pool, the team's libero, averages 4.70 digs per set and also has a serve receive of .936.

Key Stats for Buffalo State (9-13): The Bengals top offensive threat and six-rotation player is Ella Whitman, who is hitting .212 with 3.65 kills per set. She is also elite in the back row with 2.74 digs per set and an impressive .954 serve receive. Whitman is the most frequent option on offense with 300 more attacks than any other player on the team.
